ITINERARY
7 Days / 6 Nights
Day 1
Departure toward Cochabamba, 252 miles from La Paz. Lunch during the trip. Accommodation at the hotel and free afternoon.
Day 2
Departure toward Santa Cruz, 293 miles from Cochabamba, lunch during
the trip.
Day 3
Departure to Samaipata and visit to the zone where the guerillas fighters
on july 6 of 1966 took the town after an operation that culminated with
10 captured soldiers and the first armament booty. Lunch and we continue
the trip toward Vallegrande.
Day 4
Visit the sights in Vallegrande: the laundry room at the hospital, where Che´ s body was laid out for display to the public and the press, the old garbage dump which became the mass grave of guerillas who fell in different battles, and the memorial erected at Che´s newly found burial site. Then, we continue to La Higuera, the town where the CHE was murdered. Return to Vallegrande.
Day 5
Departure toward Samaipata, visit the archaeological ruins and the museum.
Night in Samaipata.
Day 6
Departure to Villa Tunari, accommodation at the hotel, Lunch and visit
to “La Jungla Canopy Park”.
Day 7
Departure toward La Paz city, lunch during the trip.(return
